This food extrusion line total includes Grinder crusher, Vacuum feeder (mixer, weighing machine, water injection machine), Extruder, Vibrating screen, Elevator, Oven, Air cooling. This process line mainly used for process Core Filling Snack/ Puffed Leisure Food. It can do the works of raw materials preparation, extrusion, core filling, shaping, cutting, coating and flavoring at a time, which is high automation degree. This production line has the advantages of more machines choice, flexible and diverse configurations, wide range of raw materials application, numerous in products variety and easy operation. It can make the puffed food, such as core filling snack food, filling biscuit, nutrition breakfast, corn flakes etc.

As for the packing, we adopt the single machine packing mode. When loading, the single machine in the whole line is not disassembled. When assembling, the customer only needs to connect a few screws and power cord. Moreover, we provide detailed packing report to facilitate communication with customers during installation in the later stage.
